Due to the perishable nature of our products, shipments will be sent with a service providing a maximum transit time of three business days. To insure your items ship as soon as possible, make sure your order is in before 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following week in order to prevent shipping delays. This is necessary to insure the freshness of our product.

AllProFood.com can currently only ship to the continental US. We can not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping and weight of the items.
Please ship all orders with perishable items to an address where someone will be home. We can not be responsible for orders that spoil or get lost. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to packages left at the door for extended periods of time or packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available upon delivery.
Please be careful when entering shipping address. We don’t take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, we do not issue refunds for the shipping cost.
When received, please check if the package is intact. If it is damaged, please take pictures and send them to the shipping carrier for further investigation.
We try to do our best to assure delivery on time; however, we don’t take responsibility for shipping carrier delays due to weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, inspect the contents as soon as they arrive to your door. If you believe you have received a spoiled products, please do not throw it out and contact us at AllProFoodLLC@gmail.com or by phone (908)505-8999 immediately of receipt of your purchase. We cannot accept returns on products that are spoiled or damaged due to improper storage. Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable items.
If you refuse delivery or send back a product without first calling us to arrange for a return we will not be able to credit you.
You may check the status of an order in your account on the website. Depending on the shipping service, the tracking number might not be available within 24 hours.
You will receive e-mail notifications when the order is placed, and when it is shipped out.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order contains an item that is currently our of stock, this may delay shipping of your order until the problem is resolved. If there is an out of stock item, AllProFood.com will contact you to determine how you would like the issue resolved. We can either substitute for a similar item, delete the item from your order, or put the order on back-order until the item is available.
