Where do you ship?

We ship across the continental U.S. (except Hawaii and Alaska)

 

Can I buy wholesale?

Unfortunately, we currently do not sell wholesale. Please contact us if you’re looking to place large orders on any single item.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. You can also pay directly with your PayPal account.

 

Why didn’t I receive the confirmation email?

First, please check if you entered your email address correctly.

Sometimes emails from our website are automatically addressed to the “Spam” folder in your mail box. If you do not see the notification in the main folder, please check “Spam” folder.

 

What’s your return policy?

If you want to return an item to AllProFood.com, please contact our refunds department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item. You can contact us by e-mail at AllProFoodLLC@gmail.com or by phone at (908)505-8999. Any items you try to return to us without a valid RA# will be shipped back to you at your cost and expense.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If you are concerned about items being lost or damaged during shipping, please insure your package for the value of the items being returned.You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.

Returns are not accepted after two days from the date the order is received. We do not accept returns on perishable items. You cannot return items that you do not like in taste or package shape. Items that have been opened cannot be returned.  Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.

 

What is I received an item I didn’t order?

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

Our goal is to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible; therefore, we will not be able to allow changes to your order once submitted.
